Shipping Policy

You will receive your order within 2-6 days of order placement.

Update: The customer has to pay the shipping fees (non-refundable) in advance to confirm the order. We are introducing this term with a heavy heart but we have no choice left as many of the customers refuse to receive the order afterward.

Customer can open parcel before paying to confirm that he/she is receiving what he/she ordered. But you have to inform us at the time of order placing that you want to open the parcel before paying.

Shipping Time:

We ship within24-48 hours and it may take 2-6 days to receive your parcel. Note that your parcel will be held for self-collection if you are out of the city area or in a village area.

Your parcel will be held for 3 days on your city station and returned afterwards. Make sure you receive your parcel within 3 days.

Courier will make 3 call attempts, if you don’t receive the call or respond in anyway. Your parcel will be returned.

Missing/Late Orders

Majority of orders will deliver 2-5 business days after they are processed and shipped. Sometimes orders may experience shipping delays due to factors out of our control. If it has been longer than 10 business days, please contact us through email : support@nabobbrands.com and we will help locate your order and determine whether a refund can be applied

If your delivered order is incomplete, it may have been shipped in two separate packages, please email us at support@nabobbrands.com to confirm.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-5 business days for your order to arrive to the main cities of Pakistan. Other countries can take an estimated 3-7 days (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
